Born Out of Prayer, Dedicated to Service
Perfect Provisions, Inc. is a mobile soup kitchen serving the people of Charlotte, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia. We provide hot, delicious meals all year round near men's shelters, women's shelters, and local underserved apartment communities.
Food is essential, but we believe clothing, warm blankets, shoes, and hygiene essentials are just as critical. More importantly, everyone we come into contact with is treated with unconditional love, dignity, and respect.
We also partner with local schools throughout the school year to provide children with a nutritious bag lunch once a week to take home for dinner — ensuring each child and their siblings have evening nourishment.

Barbara Wilder
PresidentAfter serving 22 years in the United States Army, Barbara retired as a Master Sergeant in 2003. Called by the Lord to launch a soup kitchen, she founded Perfect Provisions in 2011 after a year of solid prayer and fasting. She brings immense passion for the people and love for Jesus Christ.
Garry Wilder
Vice PresidentOriginally from Scott County, Virginia, Garry has worked with Dean Foods (Pet Dairy) for nearly 28 years. A father of six and grandfather of sixteen, his lifelong goal is to be a soul winner and faithful witness, serving underprivileged neighbors through the mobile soup kitchen.
Debbie Pickett
TreasurerServing as Treasurer since March 2013, Debbie began by assembling brown-bag dinners for homeless students at Thomasboro Academy. She is honored to watch the ministry flourish as the hands and feet of Jesus Christ.
Jeanne Galloway
SecretaryBorn and raised in Washington, D.C., Jeanne was ordained as an Evangelist and consecrated Apostle. She founded He is Faithful to His Word Church and covers Advocates Against Domestic Violence and Homeless to Wholeness Ministry.
